Cancellation

We only accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We do not accept returns or refunds on products.

If there is an error in a pattern, free or paid, please let us know. We’ll immediately fix the mistake and send you the updated pattern (PDF) with our apologies. 🙏🏼
