ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ Miguel and I were thinking about the first time we published a comic. It was a thrill to say the least! We started a long time ago and we still love making comics. We didn’t get paid anything (seriously), but regardless of the obvious worker exploitation, it was a good moment.

A Memento Mori by Miguel Guerra.

Memento mori literally means “Remember you must die”. It’s usually in a painting, on a coin or a tomb and depicts a skull. Miguel decided to create his own & made increased the challenge by creating something that even more complicated. His memento mori is a full illustration when it’s right side up or upside down. Can you see both faces?
